Example:

Your task is to rewrite the following paragraph so it is clear and concise for a non-technical audience.
Keep the tone professional and neutral.
Output the result as a single paragraph with no bullet points.
This structure sounds basic, but it dramatically improves consistency and reduces back-and-forth edits.
I have found that spending an extra 10–15 seconds clarifying expectations saves minutes of rework later.
